20091230-More Spooks

Since my old Ford Mustang is not working, I’ve taken another car. Yet en route home bound that night, there were more than two cars parked off the side of southbound I-880. Each time, I noticed that at least one to two people would get into their car to drive off. Once again, this is not the first time but many time in the past and what I failed to enter into my blog.

I was actually happy to acknowledge their presence, whoever or whatever they are at that present moments in time.

20091230-New Balloon

Ben and “Minh” came over and conversed with Maw to find out how she was doing after 2.5 days in the hospital. They brought three balloons: one rainbow-colored, circular one and two star-shaped in colors of purple and green. Here is an image taken of our first New Year’s balloon EVER:

20091231-New Tape

While still upstairs blogging a few hours ago, Ben and “Minh” came over to drop off Maw’s request: A cassette tape of opera singing, chorus-like medley of Filipino `Kundiman` music.

Here are images showing the envelope and Ben’s VERY artistic hand writing, along with the index of music for sides A and B, again by Ben and his VERY clear and almost, perfect draft quality hand writing:

20091231-Almost Sacrificed

Seriously, Maw almost died at the hospital a few days before Christmas. She was going through respiratory problems, bronchitis aggravated by Bystolic pills and flu-like symptoms after celebrating old granny’s 92nd birthday in the nursing home.

On top of her breathing problems, her heart attack would have killed had it not been for her nursing knowledge and her taking Chlonodine and Cozaar pills prior going to the hospital.

So it seems that the boy came over TWICE in two days during his lunch break and actually administered his first ever insulin for his mother! Paw of course is faster. Maw is back to normal. I’m coming downstairs now MAW! Waahh!

20091231-Bluish Glow

Last night, the moon shone its VERY bright blue. I forgot to look up into the night sky to see the moon when I went out to throw out my piles of papers, unread magazines and other paper products.

En route home bound and after work, the evening skies appeared slightly bumpy underneath and light gray.

Upon arrival and inside the garage, Paw wanted to go on a food run. There were clouds in the western horizon. I could see some blue skies. The underneath of some clouds looked gray-bluish, too.
