After dinner that night, Maw and I exercised to military music – John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts presents:

`The United States Marine Band` by Lieutenant Colonel Albert F. Schoepper, Director (LSP-2687 Stereo).
`The United States Navy & The Sea Chanters` by Lietenant Commander Anthony A. Mitchell, Leader (LSP-2688 Stereo).

I’ve yet to get copy for the U.S. Army And U.S. Coast Guards.

For one hour, we danced and kept pace with the marching and upbeat tempo. We were not tired at all but rather refreshed and smelly, too!
