At around 10 minutes before 10:00pm tonight, Maw called me into her room and told me that she had a series of bad dreams. She was in a deep sleep and probably was not breathing enough oxygen. Her heart was pounding. She took her water pill and her heart pill a half hour later.
She dreamed that her father was with her. She claimed to never dream of her father. There was banging in the door and she was afraid that they were after the both of them. She wanted her father and her to go upstairs and hide. But he walked slowly like an old man.
Usually her dreams about deceased family members means that she is ready to pass on and go to heaven. But I wonder why her dreams (like the boy) is filled with “concern-like issues”. She claims that she doesn’t want to die because Paw needs someone to take care of him and that the boy and moi need her too. I guess.
She dreamed too of the following message:
FEED THE CHILDREN. THEY ARE STARVING. TOO MANY CHILDREN ARE DYING OF STARVATION.
Then she talked about her relatives while I massaged her to wake up the diabetic nerves for another half hour or so.
Addendum-Last edited by FLYNN on 20101128 at 06:57:51 AM UTC: I smelled a faint hint of rose petals. Then again the fragrance could have been from the soap coming off of Maw’s pink-colored, animal-spotted pajamas.
