20110228-Healthy Heys

Today, my system is stablized and partly because I slept well and early at around 11:00pm or so. Also, I’ve slept with an old but fluffier pillow. After laying my head down on the puff, I wanted to adjust my body into a more comfortable position. But for whatever reason, I’ve convinced myself to lay still, quiet my mind, turn my head to its usual sideways position, tuck in one of my leg or straighten out as necessary and drift off to sleep.

As a result, my lunchwalk of 15 minutes was comfortable as I felt no obvious pain in my joints and other aches in my body. The only slight discomfort was my right big toe joint. I don’t know why, for the first time, that I feel relaxed. I’ll be walking around for three more times each hour to “catch up” on my breaks because I am trying to ease my body into less than 15 minutes walking.

Also, I’m trying a new almond milk. It’s smooth, slightly flavored in almond but quite nasty as a creamer for this chocolate, Dove-flavored, Flavia coffee. I had to drink the cream-looking liquid alone and wash down the rest from the company mug. That’ll the last time I’ll be using a non-dairy creamer in my coffee.

["It's great to work among Vietnamese."] said “Coach John” to a bunch of FOREIGNERS. He knows these people just don’t get it: Speak English and stop colluding among yourselves. Just because you come from wealthy backgrounds doesn’t mean you can run over the heads of us dummies! When working together, we are Americans first! And stop practicing your damn traditions! To the buck tooth “Anh Boss:” you’re friggin’ creepy! You don’t care about us! Because if you did, you’d hire the three of us temporary workers. Instead, you’d rather keep your job and blame us for your “backlog” rather than improving the process for more efficiency. You didn’t answer my email about an OSHA-related issue. Shall I complain to HR? Maybe they can kick your ass instead.

Madoff to NY magazine: Government a Ponzi scheme
– Sun Feb 27, 11:49 pm ET

NEW YORK – Wall Street swindler Bernard Madoff said in a magazine interview published Sunday that new regulatory reform enacted after the recent national financial crisis is laughable and that the federal government is a Ponzi scheme.

“The whole new regulatory reform is a joke,” Madoff said [...]

[...] he accused banks and hedge funds of being “complicit” in his Ponzi scheme to fleece people out of billions of dollars. He said they failed to scrutinize the discrepancies between his regulatory filings and other information.

“whole government is a Ponzi scheme.”

He is correct. It appears that the government owes a deep bow of explanations as to why they continue to make excuses of promises and gurantees on monies, which has not been returned to investors. Again, Madoff and pals are made scapegoats (or fall guys) to the truth. Where did all the money REALLY go, huh?
