After lunch today, Maw had wanted her hanging plants (the flowering geraniums of pink) to be watered. Of course, I needed a break from my Lenten Season project.
So I donned my mask and wore my non-latex gloves and proceeded to remove dried stems, burned and yellow leaves and dried eucalyptus leaves from the soil.
I added some soil to a pot because the squirrels have been digging it up to bury and retrieve their cache of food (i.e. walnuts and such).
After each pot I had watered the soil with water and Miracle Grow. Since the green watering “can” made of plastic (of course) had to be emptied of the fertilizer, I added more water to the soil AND washed the leaves, too.
Even the cactus got some of the fertilizer even though the formula may not be the correct food for it. Then I went out front to water more of Maw’s cactus. Of course, the lower-riding Mexicanos were making their presence known since yesterday.
One had his windows rolled down and tuned to a talk show station. It was obvious: he’s a cop. Yesterday, the same one was followed by a dark-colored, SUV, which is also a copper. It was strange that they would make their rounds on this fine weather of chemtrails, sylphs and pals.
To make the day worse, Paw was pulling up weeds, which are really those nice yellow, clovers of flowers! I pissed off at him several times. Robots need none of my sympathy. Why am I still here? TPTB and pals are the main reasons. They still haven’t done good to me up to this point.
