Besides trying to keep up with a fellow weblogger and his/her/its “comments”, I stay up late. Usually, I participate in an OPEN forum discussion board on conspiracy. But mostly it is to help me fall asleep, to aid in digestion of late dinners and to listen if Maw is making noises in her sleep, which happened a few minutes ago. So I checked up on her to make sure she is okay. Of course, I woke her up but she went back to sleep.

Blocking followers…
Today (or last night), I’ve “Blocked” eight followers and “unfollowed” three users from my Tweeter account. I don’t know these people and don’t really use the service other than linking to my WordPress.com weblog site.
I feel sorry to those who think I’m being mean to block them from following me through the “Tweets”. Tweeter doesn’t tell much about the authors, if the user is a “spammer” or a normal person.
Bill’s funeral…
Singing, chanting, bowing…
gongs, flutes, bells, wooden taps…
incense burning…
smoke rising…
tears flowing…
Here are some Chinese traditions shared by the boy’s in-laws for better luck:
- Don’t look at the deceased while en route to be buried/cremated.
- Don’t return to viewing/burial site on same day.
- Don’t eat meat for 49 days.

Maw disagreed but the three of us Filipinos participated the best we could. That’s because we are “not into ourselves” but can and have learned to ADAPT to Westernized and/or Eastern cultures. Yesterday, I messed up the bowing without holding the incense in my hands! Hahaha!
When I heard the fire of the crematorium increased in decibel, I started to cry. I sensed Bill wanted a proper burial but it was too expensive. Maw wondered why I kept crying. Sheesh! I was letting go of my past at the same time!
We ate lunch at “Tomi Sushi & Seafood Buffet” (the old Todai place) in Eastridge Mall (San José, CA). I had lettuce salad, seaweed, papaya and daikon salad; deep-fried food of shrimp in tempura, calamari and deep-fried wonton with cream chees; and dessert of one cream puff and a pastry.
Positively affirmative…
Tonight, I have had the opportunity to learn and overcome the same mistakes of the past — to slow down and take the time to proofread for content, flow and “proper” grammar and spelling and to avoid offending more sensitive readers.
That’s what I do best — to be a clueless troll: It’s to bring out the worse in everyone. If they are open-minded and understanding enough to “keep it real”, then they are okay in my books.
If they get too emotionally involved, keep away. I’ve had observed enough drama in my lifetime(s). Most of the time, it’s entertainment — to step outside myself and see and feel what it is like in the eyes and ears of the other person(s).
Arm veins popping…
For awhile, I’ve had tingling sensations in my hands. No! It’s not carpal tunnel syndrome; although I do wonder if being addicted to my Android cellphone may be a culprit to the feeling of fullness.
I noticed that my veins near my wrist and hands are popping out, like they are experiencing “high-blood” pressure. You know, like the ones old guys have on their lower extremities as “varicos veins”.
So I try to put my hands over my hand to help de-pressurize my arms but to no avail. I guess the summer heat has taken a toll on my nerves and veins.
